The Online New Home Specialist will respond to new home sales phone calls, emails, web inquiries and chat inquiries. This position also directs pre-qualified leads to the appropriate sales office at an ICI Homes Community. Serve as the first point of contact for all new leads and as the liaison between new homebuyers and the onsite sales associates.
